According to the Oracle database documentation there are two types of constraints: DEFERRED and NOT DEFERRED. The first one can be evaluated at the and of the transaction, and the second one if validated immediately. Oracle GoldenGate 12.3 traces CPU count on source databases
Oracle licenses GoldenGate based on the CPU count of the source database that is replicated. Starting from version 12.3 of OGG the Extract process logs in the error log the information about cores on the sources.
